Large beds and great showers. Very quiet at night so we slept well. Large private garden. Warcop is a lovely village with good walks along the river & streams. „Very convenient for town and only a few steps away from the Royal Oak pub. Stayed here as my mother lives around the corner. Would recommend. Easy access to the A66 and the Lakes only 40 minutes away. Locals very friendly.“

„I had a wonderful overnight stay here. The room was lovely, ver quiet with beautiful views and a very comfortable bed. I did use the spa which was at extra cost but it was lovely and relaxing. I opted for the fine dining in the evening and it was outstanding. Breakfast was included and the menu had plenty of options from continental to freshly prepared hot options.The staff were very helpful and friendly- I will certainly rebut for a longer visit. “

„We were greeted to find that we had been upgraded to a two-bed suite at no extra cost. This was due to the fact that we had our granddaughter with us and there was availability. It was immaculate, the food was great, the bar area was comfortable. The staff couldn't do enough for us. Well recommended !“

„Sehr schönes altes Hotel mit einem Großen Garten/kleinen Park. Sehr ruhig gelegen und ein sehr freundliches Personal. Man fühlt sich immer willkommen und geschätzt. Leider sieht man den Zimmern das Alter an. Sie werden zwar offenbar immer in Stand gesetzt aber man sieht eben doch das Alter. War trotzdem ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Gern wieder. “
