Check in and check out was a breeze, and the owners were so communicative they left no guess work to the process. Luna Pier is absolutely stunning, even in December. „we were here from July 8th to 13th, 2024. The landlord's advance information was perfect. We got into the house easily with the code. The house was well cooled, very clean and very tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed. The landlord was easy to reach at any time and helped with every little problem, whether it was gas for the barbecue or access to the WiFi. We enjoyed the terrace and swimming in the lake. The time passed quickly and we can only warmly recommend this accommodation. ...

„The home has a serious ant problem, the grass looked like it hadn’t been mowed all season and there were no clean wash cloths. Found towels stuffed in a linen closet and the three wash cloths in the closet were stained. Outside of home dilapidated and surrounding buildings and property. Terrible traffic noise. Would not recommend.“

„The location was amazing! You just can't beat those Lake Erie sunrises with a cup of good coffee. The sunsets with a glass of wine are pretty wonderful too! The location is exactly as pictured.The cabin is somewhat rustic and the bedrooms don't have a lot of privacy, but the beds were clean and comfortable and one bedroom has that amazing view. "Wir hatten eine King Suite. Das Zimmer war geräumig und das Bad ebenfalls. Bad war ausgestattet mit Shampoo, conditioner, Bodylotion und Seife. Im Zimmer lag Teppich, welcher den ein oder anderen Fleck aufwies, was bei Teppich nicht ausbleibt. Das Bett war bequem und das WiFi gut. Die Frühstücksarea ist sehr großzügig die Frühstücksauswahl typisch. Waffeln, Oatmel, Cornflakes, Bagel, Toast und Rührei. Von außen wirkt das Hotel unscheinbar und alt. Der Indoorpool ist groß und beheizt. Die Möbel auf der Sonnenterrasse waren verdreckt. Insgesamt war das drumherum des Hotels nicht sehr gepflegt. Für unsere zwei Nächte aber ok. "

"Wir hatten 2 Tage nur kaltes Wasser, das Hotel brachte es nicht fertig es instand setzen zu lassen. Zudem war man sehr unfreundlich, man bekam nur Info nach einem Fragespiel. Auch waren an vielen Stellen die BodenFliesen herausgenommen und die entstandenen Löcher mit Farbe zur Sicherung besprüht. Stolperfallen waren es trotzdem. Der Kaffee wie auch das Teewasser waren kalt. Das Frühstück war überhaupt nicht so, wie man es von einem Hampton Inn gewohnt ist. Der Frühstücksraum war ungemütlich und die Tische nicht sauber. Man hat uns letztendlich zwar 50% der zweiten Nacht erlassen, aber wie wir an das Geld kommen, darum mussten wir uns selber auf Nachfrage kümmern. Man hat sich auch nicht entschuldigt, für die misslichen Umstände. Hotel.com war in der Regulierungsregelung sehr hilfsbereit. "
