„Such a convenient location. Check in was a breeze. Our first time at Okemo and was so glad to have been in a true ski in ski out. My only cons were two- the bedding was a bit questionable. Multiple stains on sheets, blankets, etc. Had I brought my own, would have felt much more comfortable. And the pull out is barely habitable. I would say bring an air mattress instead of thinking about the pullout as an option. I’ve been on many a pullout in my days and this was by far the worst one. “
„Best part was the recommendation to eat at the great place across the street. Didn't really care for no one being there ( customer service) Spendy for the small room. Great remodel...cute place but tiny for two people. We went to the bar ( 20 min before they opened) Instead of offering to serve us a drink they recommend we go to a bar down the street!? „The place is not sound insulated at all! We could hear every bump and grind from the room above and every loud footstep as they moved about. The entry has no light over the door so it's impossible to read the unlit numbers on the entry keypad..speaking of which, who has a 10 digit entry code that you can't memorize and requires you to open the email with the code in it every time you need to get in? How about 4-5 digits! The hair dryer did not work well. There is NO storage for our clothes, ...
„Property is on 4th floor almost at the end, so you have to walk the most with heavy bags..that was pain.. had problems with heating and cooling system. Also requested for 1 hour late check out at the time of booking, never received any response on top cleaning stuffs were sent to the property sharp at 10 am. Our friends rented another property on the same building and they could easily checked out late at 12:00 pm. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and proximity to the slope is unparallel.“
