„Very friendly staff, nice and clean room, big and very clean bathroom“

„We stayed for two nights in June 2026, our hosts were waiting to greet us even though we were 3 hours later than our ETA. From that moment to when we left they treated us like we had known each other for many years, a truly unique experience. The breakfast and the homemade cake was simply superb. If we ever need accommodation in the area again we would not hesitate to stay with Jackie and Rob at the White Cottage in Trysull, Staffs.“

„Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Bett war sehr bequem mit dicker Zudecke. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war in Ordnung. Dass Parkplätze vorhanden sind, habe ich erst zu spät bemerkt. Der Fernseher hing sehr wackelig an der Wand - die Wandbefestigung war zum Teil herausgebrochen. Die Zimmertür nach draußen dichtet nicht sehr gut ab, so dass man alles von draußen hört - insbesondere zu Restaurantzeiten die Küchengeräusche. Das liegt auch mit an den Luftschlitzen über der Tür, die nicht zuzumachen ...

„We were made very welcome by Wendy and Lawrence on our arrival. We sat outside in the sunny garden with a mug of tea and a caramel bar. We had the entire dining room to ourselves. There was a great selection of cereals available and the traditional breakfast was delicious. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom spacious. “

Heel vriendelijke lokale mensen en 5 minuten lopen van het stad centrum. Engels ontbijt van de hoogste niveau voor 9 1/2 pond. Mooi beer garden en gratis parkeren voor gasten. Top top locatie en niet duur.“
