„I liked the room, the freedom, and the peace and quiet compared to a hotel/motel. I got the rest i needed, my family came over to hangout and watch some footbal games and we all were comfortable! The big tv and wifi included was a bonus! The trees off of the back porch was comforting and i didnt grt a chance to use the grill, but was thankful that it was there! „The boathouse was the perfect setting for a relaxing weekend getaway. I absolutely loved the outdoor area and the quaintness of the house. It was close to all the activities we were looking to do and the property owners gave us some great suggestions on where to go for dinner and we found their suggestion about their favorite trail and it did not disappoint. They were prompt to answer any questions and I would definitely stay here again.“

„This property is ideally located within the city. It was an easy walk to downtown, the city marina, and the city beach and park. The lower part of Dock House is definitely themed for the lake and contained everything we needed. It was just two of us, and although it contained beds for 5, we think it would seem small unless kids made up some of that number. We cooked for most of our meals and there were pots, pans, utensils, and dishes for everything we made. We hope to be back!“

„This was a cozy little house on the north end of town. Although we stayed here over New Years Eve the house is conveniently just a few blocks from Lake Michigan and less than 10 minutes from the state park. Downtown is close by, about a three minute drive or 15 minute walk if you’re up to it. The house itself is clean, up to date, and well maintained. The hosts are very responsive as well. It was a great stay.“

„Everything was better than expected from the cottage to the weather. We had our Golden Retriever with us there were two beautiful beaches there we could take her off leash and let her swim, one worth checking out is Butterville Park/Beach about 15-20 minutes away. Everything we needed was within 20 minutes of the cottage. John was a great host and answered any questions we had. We hope to get back again soon.“
