„Beds were hard. Bath tub looked dirty and no coffee was in the room. Only tea.“

„Excellent choice of hotel. Very clean rooms and facilities in general. The entire staff was very helpful especially Michele. She was friendly and professional and very welcoming. She deserves a raise!“

„Empfang war freundlich, Zimmer, Bad waren sauber. Bett sauber und bequem. TV hatte sehr wenige Sender, kein HBO. “

„Free beer was cool. Room reeked of dirty feet. Disgusting smell. I paid for my room with cash, but got ripped off by the desk worker. Joke's on her, I got the receipt. After discovering they charged my card IN ADDITION to me paying for my room with cash the following Monday, the entire week it was not easy to reach the GM, Erica. When I finally was able to speak with her, she only seemed to call while I was at work, and became combative with me when I informed her that her hotel double ...

„The property itself was clean but our room was not. I took pictures and showed them to staff at front desk. She was very apologetic and accommodating. We stay at this location every fall at least twice a month and this was the first time I had a complaint.“

„Das Zimmer war nur sehr oberflächlich geputzt. Fleckenun der Bettwäsche, abgewohntes Inventar.Dreck überall wo man zweimal hinschaut.“

„Veraltetes Zimmer (105), kaputte Fliesen, Rost im Bad, Schimmelgeruch, keine regelbare Klimaanlage. Positiv: sehr freundliches Personal“

„⭐️ 1 Star — Very Disappointed I would NOT recommend staying at this hotel, especially if you expect basic things like hot water and a clean room. During my stay, the shower had absolutely no hot water, which was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. On top of that, the room did not feel clean. It honestly seemed like they just did the bare minimum to turn the room over rather than actually cleaning it properly. Because of these issues, I ended up having to check out early. Before leaving, I ...

„Desk clerks were wonderful. Breakfast was good. Door locks were impossible to work. Need new batteries. No Poor maintenance on property. Bird pool on sidewalks and pergola. Exercise equipment was dirty and not working very well.“

„The cleaning of rooms needs more attention and the breakfast needs more options.“

„Für eine günstige Nacht okay. Das Kingsize -Bett ist sehr schmal im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels. Die kleine Küche mit zwei Kochfeldern nützt nichts, wenn keine Pfannen und Geschirr vorhanden sind. Die Zimmer zum Parkplatz sind laut, man hört das An-und Abreisen (inkl. das Pieppen der Autowarnanlagen) sehr gut. “

„I really enjoyed their breakfast options. Plenty to pick from and the cinnamon rolls were always warm and delicious! Coffee was great! Rooms are really spacious ! Location is really close to Texas Tech so that was great !“

„Alles tipptopp “
