„Overall the place was nice and clean. Intense check in process and rules on reporting issues within 2 hours of arriving made me feel like I needed to check for every little dent. Hosts were very responsive when I reached out though and they even same day delivered dishwasher pods when we ran out.“

„We loved the house and the hosts were exceptional, thoughtful, attentive, and always looking for ways to improve the property and enhance the guest experience. You can tell they genuinely have their guests' best interests in mind. This is our third stay at their place, and each visit has been outstanding. Their hospitality consistently elevates our time in Reno and is a big reason we keep coming back. Highly recommended.“
