Hunde-freundliches Chalet auf Klippe, Kessingland Beach

A quiet two-bedroom chalet on the cliffs at Kessingland, right next to the beach. It sleeps 4 in a double room and a twin room, with an open-plan lounge and dining area, a kitchen for self-catering, a bathroom with shower over the bath, a garden with seating and parking on site. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, and the coast path starts almost on the doorstep. A peaceful base for couples, small families and anyone working in the area, with Southwold and Lowestoft a short drive away.

Swingles is a single-storey chalet in a peaceful clifftop spot on the edge of Kessingland, right next to the beach, with everything on one level.

Living and dining
An open-plan lounge with comfortable seating, a Smart TV and a dining area. Large windows let in plenty of light and look out over the greenery around the chalet. There are board games and books for quieter evenings.

Kitchen
Equipped for self-catering, with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle and toaster. There's also a washing machine.

Bedroom 1: double bed with storage
Bedroom 2: two single beds, good for children or friends

Bathroom
A bathroom with a shower over the bath, basin and WC.

Outside
A garden with outdoor seating for a morning coffee or an evening drink, and parking on site.

Included
Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating. The bathroom has a bar of hand soap and travel-size shampoo and body wash to get you started.

Bringing your dog
Well-behaved dogs are very welcome at £25 per dog, up to 2 dogs per stay. The beach is right next to the chalet, so early-morning walks along the shore are easy.

Swingles is a modest, comfortable chalet rather than a luxury cottage, and it's ideal if you want somewhere quiet and practical by the coast.
The chalet is on the clifftop, so you reach the sand by a short footpath down from the cliff.

The bathroom has a bar of hand soap and travel-size shampoo and body wash. For a longer stay, you may want to bring your own as well.

Check-in is from 4pm and checkout is by 10am.
A maximum of 4 guests can stay.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome at £25 per dog, up to 2 dogs. Please keep them off beds and sofas and don't leave them alone in the chalet.
No smoking or vaping inside the chalet.
No parties or events.
Please keep noise down after 10pm, out of respect for our neighbours.
