Surrounded by a beautiful garden, this cozy standalone cottage offers a peaceful escape while remaining conveniently connected to the main property. As you stroll through the garden area, you'll arrive at your own private space, completely separate from the host's home, giving you both privacy and peace of mind.

Tucked away at the back of our property, the Garden Nest offers a peaceful escape with plenty of privacy. To reach your accommodation, simply walk along the driveway beside the house and across the garden – it's a charming little path that sets the tone for your stay.

🛋️ Inside Comfort

Your private accommodation includes a cozy bedroom and lounge area with a comfortable sofa, a smart TV, and a plush queen-sized bed dressed in 100% premium cotton linens. All bedding is professionally dry-cleaned, sanitized, and steam-treated between guests for the utmost freshness and comfort. A portable heater is provided to keep you warm on cooler days.

🚿 Private Bathroom & Laundry

The private bathroom and laundry area are located in a separate area just behind the host's main house, only a short walk through the garden from your accommodation. The bathroom is exclusively for your use during your stay.

The bathroom is fully insulated with ceiling, wall, and floor insulation, making it warm and comfortable year-round. It features a shower, toilet, vanity, washing sink, heated towel rail, extractor fan, and bathroom fan heater for added comfort. A washing machine is also provided for your convenience.

We've stocked the space with thoughtful extras to make your stay even more enjoyable: snacks, reading materials, a capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave and bar fridge with freezer. Fast WiFi is available throughout the property – perfect for streaming or working remotely.

Just behind the guest room is your own private patio, a peaceful spot where you can work, study, or simply relax and enjoy the garden surroundings. The patio also features a covered washing line, providing a convenient place for guests to hang and dry their clothes, whatever the weather.

1. Long Stays – If you're staying for an extended period and wish to use the host's main kitchen, these can be arranged upon request – just let us know and we'll discuss the possibilities. Sur charge may apply

2. BBQ Grill – The BBQ grill is available for guest use. Please contact us in advance if you would like to use it, and we will provide instructions. A $50 fee applies per use. Guests are responsible for cleaning the BBQ thoroughly after use. If additional cleaning is required, an extra cleaning fee may apply.

3. Parking – Free street parking is available directly outside the property. Please park on the roadside where permitted.

4. Private Bathroom & Laundry – Your private bathroom and the laundry facilities are located in a separate area outside the guest room. To access them, simply walk through the garden to the rear of the host's house. The bathroom is reserved exclusively for your use during your stay.

5. Furry Friend on Site 🐾
Our friendly dog, Journey, lives in the main house on the property. Your accommodation has its own private entrance and separate guest space, so you can enjoy a private and independent stay. You may occasionally see Journey around the property.
