„wir waren im Juli im Ferienhaus in Scherpenheuvel. Das Ferienhaus ist großzügig und modern ausgestattet und hat eine ruhige Lage in einer Nebenstraße. Das Haus selbst ist sauber und die Ausstattung bietet alles Nötige, um einen schönen Urlaub genießen zu können. Die Fotos treffen zu 100% genau, was man vor Ort vorfindet. Die Stadt selbst ist mit ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lebensmittel) oder Gaststätten versorgt, wobei die Öffnungszeiten der Gaststätten nicht jeden Tag der Woche ...

„Es gibt keine kostenlosen Parkplätze, sondern nur öffentliche kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Unterkunft ist nicht sehr sauber. Man bekommt keine Antwort vom Besitzer. Es gibt auch kein 24 Stunden Front Desk. Als wir gebucht hatten, stand sogar noch dabei, dass man die ganze Unterkunft alleine zur Verfügung hat, das stimmt aber nicht, es ist nur ein Zimmer. Die Treppen sind sehr steil.“

„Also wir wahren da ab 9 April und dar wahr keiner wir haben 2 Stunden gewartet und da ist keiner gekommen dann haben wir die Polizei von Löwen angerufen und die meinten das die Fe wo direkt App Dieb sind Und mann nix machen kann und wir haben jetzt in Frankfurt eine anzeigen gemacht und wir möchten unsere Geld wider zurück ich hab es auch meinen Anwalt gesagt und die Polizei sie kontaktieren sich mit euch“

„Property is located in such a great area but away from the noise. You will be in the middle of the main area of interest in Brussels. The house is quite charming a little unorthodox but very efficient. The host was very responsive and quick to get back when contacted. I highly recommended the property rental! “

„I feel like this will be a nice property soon. As of May 2025 it is a semi-finished renovation. Doors don't close, door handled fall off, temporary steps, sinks not installed, etc. However, the unit is very large and has three good sized beds. Once correction that is needed is that the unit does not have parking on site as listed. It is first come first serve street parking situation. It is very close to the trains and easy commute into Brussels. “
