"This property was very clean and secure. The beds were comfortable. We were located right next to the ski trail and short distance from the Jay peak pump house water park and arena. We didn’t get to explore the resort as much as we intended due to a storm but there is some shops and restaurants near by. "

It’s an older house and while it does have low ceilings (only a slight issue for me in the stairway as I’m 6’2”), it has significant modern updates and a lot of charm. "Great place. Clean and tidy but parking is a major issue. This condo can sleep 8 but 8 people rarely fit in one car. Having to park the second car a mile away was tough. But totally get that the lots are small for all the units there. Otherwise was a great and easy stay."

"Loved it The lake is so pretty. The house was comfortable and clean. We were blessed to see the northern lights on 5/10. All those green and red lights shining off the lake were magical. The house size worked well for our party of 4 and a dog. Many thanks to Karen for being responsive and prompt to reply when the pending snow storm threatened our arrival day/time, she was a pleasure to deal with."

"Really beautiful, especially in the fall. We came the second week in October and some reds had fallen but there was a lot of yellow. We were so warm and cozy! There is no way to cook food though, just an outdoor sink, fresh water, and toilet. If you’re coming from out of town make sure you rent a car. There is no Lyft or Uber service in the area."

"My husband and I smelled gas odor and a mix of other sweaty smell when we open the front door. It was very unpleasant so we open the front door for a while. The odor was manageable during our stay, with some window opening. I think the owner needs to work on this, but otherwise, the kitchen and bedroom are beautiful. I appreciate that there was a bench in front of the door, jacket hooks, shoe storage space in the front door closet, plenty of hangers, washing machine available and 2 tv to use....

"I had a great time during my stay. The apartment was furnished comfortably and had many amenities, making it feel like a home away from home. It was spacious enough for relaxation and privacy, making it a perfect spot for my family. The quiet and peaceful area allowed us to spend some quality downtime together. Johnson's small-town atmosphere was welcoming, with friendly local shops and cafes. We would definitely consider staying there again for a calm and peaceful vacation."

"I wasn't sure what to expect of the Seymour Lake Lodge when I booked it on Hotels.com. Was I pleasantly surprised! It is an old converted farmhouse, with tons of character, and all the modern conveniences. The room was adequate and comfortable, the view of the lake was stunning, both from my room, and the large front porch! A huge yard for walking my dog. Had lengthy conversations with the property manager and another guest. One of my most memorable stays."
