„Family of 2adults/2 teens. From the start, rent a car. The speed limit in most of the areas we visited was no more than 30MPH. It was easy to learn how to drive on the left. The hotel does not provide a shuttle service and taxis are very expensive. Free onsite parking. Once there, nothing is walkable. „This place has not been updated in years. -Nothing was open in the hotel. No restaurant, no bar, even the pay on your own snack bar had absolutely nothing, not even a water. No airport shuttles as advertised. -I would never recommend staying here. Not even if it was free. -The cost of the taxi to the airport is the same price as if you were on the other side of the island. -Ocean front room I rented has a major road in front of the ocean. „Its not the property’s fault but the seaweed was awful. The whole reason people book is to have beach access. The offer to shuttle to another nearby beach was inadequate. The hotel should have offered to reimburse for cost of chair rentals, etc. Really disappointed in the lack of effort to make this right for their guests.
