As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
It is equipped with double glazed windows with thermal break and with the following appliances and likes: automatic electric water heater, induction hob, electric oven, combined fridge, microwave, washer and dryer, washing machine crockery, capsule coffee machine, toaster, toaster, kettle, electric citrus press, hand blender with chopper and mixer, vacuum cleaner, mini Hi-Fi, air conditioning and Led TV 32'' with 140 television and radio cable channels, in both rooms.
Wi-Fi Internet is optional and can be provided by activating a router for a minimum payment of 20€ per stay.
There is one bedroom in this apartment which contains 2 single beds.
There is additional sleeping space in the apartment, comprising a double sofa bed.
There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a bath with a shower over it.
A hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

House Rules:

- Unless otherwise agreed, the accommodation reservation is made for a full week, with check-ins on Saturdays to be arranged between 3:00 PM and 5:30 PM, and check-outs during the morning until 1:00 PM. If the previously arranged schedule is not adhered to, the customer may incur an additional fee of no less than €20 on the stay, which will be deducted from the deposit amount.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- In the check-in day, there is a deposit, no less than 300€, which will be returned up to 3 days after the departure, except for damage caused by negligence or misuse of equipment or disappearance of material placed at their apartment provision for risk.
