„The host is extremely attentive. Always a quick and thorough response. The check in was easy. The house was immaculate. Safety fire detectors in place. The bedrooms bedding was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were extremely clean. Washer and dryer was awesome. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and cookware and a coffee maker of both kinds. Great wifi and access to all the network stations as well. Extremely happy with this rental. „My family and I stayed for a long weekend. There were nine of us in total and we slept comfortably. The house is spacious, beautifully renovated, and clean. Lovely yard as well. The management team was very responsive to our needs/questions and we appreciated their good communication. The neighborhood is safe and lovely. We highly recommend this house! “

„Stayed for a week with family. The host was responsive and the place was clean. A few minor things. Apparently the neighbors are a big problem so we were constantly worried that there would be an issue. This put us on edge the whole week. This was especially true since we couldn’t park in the garage (It’s too small for a full size SUV.) „The property was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The themed rooms were a hit with the kids, especially the barbie room for our toddler, she loved it. It is close to downtown for a trip to the zoo and close enough to the mountains that we did a day trip to Estes park. Overall the stay way great. as well“

„Heather is a perfect host! Pics are exactly on point- in fact, we were pleasantly surprised with all of the added, fun details that are not in the pics. Anything you can think of needing is there. Very fun and thoughtful with all of the amenities. Perfect base camp for Red Rocks and the surrounding areas. There were 4 adults and we were super comfortable with the size of the indoor/outdoor space. Definitely a great place to stay! “

„This place was great! We stayed to move our college students into CSU and CSoM. Easy to get to both. Lots of little details in the house that made the stay very easy. Gadget chargers everywhere; good nightlights; good WiFi; great back deck; very close to downtown Longmont with lots of restaurant choices; and easy parking. We will definitely be back!“

„This property was clean, quiet, well kept up and just what we needed. Jeff was an amazing host and always responded quickly, I normally book properties with a washer and dryer unit to ease with laundry, and I noticed this property didn't have a washer and dryer unit once I arrived. That was the only issue I had throughout the week and it was easily resolved with surrounding laundry matts as well as we had family in town! Jeff offered us ways to accommodate and easily resolved the confusion. I ...

„Probably one of the best Vrbo places we have ever stayed at. Very clean and well maintained with labels on all the drawers and light switches so that you know what where everything it. Great balcony to sit on at night and enjoy. Clearly a very experienced host that has everything well thought out for your stay. Best of all was that you can walk to so many great restaurant, bars, and shops. Downtown Longmont is awesome and so is this Vrbo!“

„Lots of space! You could get away to your own room, or be comfy in both indoor and outdoor group spaces. The neighborhood was quiet and central to lots of restaurants and shopping. Great place to land at the end of a busy day.“
