„We did not get check in information, when we called VR BO they said they would cancel our reservation and someone would call to assist us with another reservation…they never did ! An hour later we got a call from the owner and got check in information at about 8:00. The property was great. This was disappointing since we had just had a reservation canceled in Florida with vrbo and was also told we would be contacted when the host canceled a 18 night reservation…again no help. The cottage has a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with everything you need for meals plus a coffee bar. Large bedrooms have views of the forest in all directions and the bathrooms were nice and clean. We had a relaxing weekend here and can’t wait to come back the next time we are in Knoxville.“
