„Great location close to LoHi. Gorgeous property and yard. Lots of beautiful flowers and yard was beautiful. One of my favorite places I have ever stayed. Rocking porch swing, fire pits and hot tub. Cottage was darling with local artwork and some antiques that reminds you of your childhood. It’s simply Perfect! Can’t wait to stay here again!“

„This is a great property if you want peace and quiet in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the back porch and took walks in the national forest behind the house. It was close enough to Nederland to go for lunch and dinner and within a short drive to a number of great hiking spots. The previously mentioned hot water issue was taken care of and we had immediate and constant hot water as needed. “

„We have nothing but good things to say about our stay. Quiet, comfortable, clean and a charming neighborhood to explore while in Denver. Carrie was great, good communication but gave us privacy despite how close the carriage house is to the main property. Lot’s of attention to detail inside and out. Would highly recommend this property.“

„This was a very comfortable, 4 bedroom, 2 bath home. When we first arrived, the owner allowed us to drop off things before check in. We had a clogged drain that they had fixed quickly and completely. The owners were delightful and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and had breakfast items available. Beds were comfortable and the property was very clean. “

"Das Personal (außer an der Rezeption) sprach nur spanisch. Das Frühstück(buffet) war die liebloseste und unlogischste Anordnung, die ich je gesehen hab. Auswahl- sehr begrenzt. Der Bereich für Frühstück liegt am hinteren Ende eines Raumes, der aus unerfindlichen Gründen weder Teppich noch sonstigen Bodenbelag aufwies. Unmittelbar neben dem Bereich wurden Abfallbehälter lautstark vorbei geschoben. Der Zimmerpreis entsprach nicht der ursprünglichen Reservierungsbestätigung- natürlich höher. Die Dame an der Rezeption machte stetig einen sehr gehetzten Eindruck- obwohl keine weiteren Gäste an der Rezeption warteten. "
