„Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und modern eingerichtete. Leider roch es im Gang unangenehm nach Urin. Auch war die Dusche nicht sehr sauber und überall werden Wassersparaufsätze eingesetzt (Dusche und Waschbecken). Grundsätzlich eine gute Idee, aber hier wird es übertrieben. Es kam so wenig Wasser aus den Hähnen, dass man zum Gesichtwaschen eine gefühlte halbe Stunde brauchte. Das nervt!“

„Place was nicer than I thought from outside. Rooms semi new, but semi dated. Clean, great soft bed. Pillows amazing. Bathroom decent. Wifi good. Downstairs free lemon infused water. It was a hit. Free fresh "good" coffee in the morning that hit the spot and better than other hotels around. Boston has troubles making good coffee compared to the norm in Seattle. Not sure why that is. Hotel morning staff great. Evening staff more straight forward, less friendly. Evening staff could learn to smile ...

„The room was nice and fresh and staff was amazing and so helpful!! Louis the bartender was an absolute delight, and area was near Kendall green station which helped reduce the cost of transport around the city. “

„Tolles Hotel, grosse tolle Auswahl an Frühstück, nettes Personal. Schade, muss bei einem so teuren Hotel auch noch der Parkplatz (15USD/Nacht), das WLAN (nicht genutzt) und falls man will, die Zimmerreinigung zusätzlich bezahlt werden. Bei uns fehlte am Anfang zudem den Haarfön und das dritte Tuch für das dazugebuchte Kind in der Suite, das wurde aber keine 30min später aufs Zimmer gebracht. Hatten am selben Tag für 3 Nächte im April 2025 gebucht und einen super Deal via Hotels.com erhalten, ...
