The room was nice but tired with dirty doors and some broken/missing fixtures (door return hanging off, cable trunking missing capping). „Cosy room. Lovely garden to sit outside and admire the countryside.“

„I will definitely return to the Fairhaven Hotel when next in Nottingham.. Perfect for my needs.. Many thanks. Doug.“

„Non-contact hotel offering good facilities for stay in Oakham. Comfy bed, very nice washroom and basic appliances. Good value for money“

„Room was clean, bed was comfy, parking was easy and checking in was simple. Would happily stay again.“

„Lovely stay, everything was clean, breakfast was great and will definitely stay here again“

„Great location, easy to book in and facilities great for the price, would stop again“

„Very quiet location close to all amenities. Stairs may be difficult for less able people. Garden could be lovely, with some work. Car park charges have Increased to £7. , not £4.50“
