Cozy tiny house in the woods was perfect for our getaway. The driveway is steep, no front wheel drive will make it up. Secluded and quiet but just minutes from everything Loudonville and Mohican have to offer. Everything was clean and in good working order. Hot tub in the woods is awesome! Would stay here again!! 10/10!

Our navigator got us there, eventually, and it was a beautiful thing to pull up to the front. We were alerted to the semi-steep drive and the Cherokee calmed our concerns as we 4WD'd it to our stay. It was exactly what we expected and wanted for our get-away. Comfortable, all the amenities you'd need and all in good working order. Plenty of clean linens, cookware, glasses, and cutlery, nice little surprises all inside (bags of popcorn, gummie bears!...), ample firewood available and the hot tub; wonderful. We spent most of time tucked away in the woods by the fire ring; reading, listening to music, play cards, and hoping in and out of the hot tub; just being there, the two of us.This spot is on our "we gotta go back there next year...' list for sure. Thank you for a wonderful get away. Highly recommended.

just what we needed

This tiny-home get-way was just what we needed. Nestled in the woods, well off the road, and secluded by natural tree cover. The coziness and uniqueness of this home was the appeal and so glad we 'took a chance'. It was just right.Our hostess communicated with us regularly, before and after arrival, and was ready to assist with the smallest of questions. We settled in at the fire ring and enjoyed tending the flames while sipping cold drinks, catching up on our reading, and just relaxing.Plenty of things to do nearby as well as smaller grocery and large (WalMart) 'everything' stores to get that "oh, we should have brought this...." items.If you're looking for that just-right place to get away, this is it. One hour and ten minutes from our home (Medina, Ohio...) and has all you need to relax and enjoy your get-away with. Give this tiny-home a chance to prove itself. We'll be back!.....

The place was very nice, and we were really looking forward to our stay. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate and we ultimately had to cut our trip short. Obviously this was completely out of the owner’s control, but with two dogs and nonstop rain — with even more in the forecast — we would have been stuck inside the entire time. We truly appreciate the opportunity to stay there and would definitely consider coming back for another weekend in the future under better weather conditions.

We had a really beautiful stay for my husband’s birthday. We enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub, and grill. The place is adorable and very, very clean. The host thought of everything. We loved the seclusion but also being close to town. Thank you for having us!
