„It was nice being right on the river! Enjoyed watching all the river action!! The boys really enjoyed the pool table and game room! Location is close to lots of amenities! We took kayaks down the river one day then launched tubes the next right from the property. Parked the truck down the river at a park and launch to land it was very convenient! “

„We had a great stay in the Tiny Home. It was a perfect place to relax and unwind. Totally enjoyed the hot tub and the outside of patio area. Very relaxing to sit outside and listen to the songs of nature while having your morning coffee or eating lunch or dinner . Totally enjoyed our stay. Lots of things to do in the area. “

„The cabin was very clean and had a great fire out area where we could see the stars ! We cooked in the grill and there were spices for us to use! It’s close to a convenience store and Mohican adventures . We gloated the river , played mini golf and went go karting.. we hike a 1 mile loop at the grist mill. Everything was very close to the cabin and we had a wonderful stay.. it was quiet and dark and you felt very safe! “

„The home was located near state park and kayaking liveries as well as quick drive to various restaurants and downtown Loudenville yet was in wooded rural setting. The home was well stocked and organized. We felt at home and lacked for nothing. Tom and Nancy were kind and helpful. Great layout in the home to enjoy togetherness with privacy! Highlights for us were the hot tub, fire ring, and nature trail on the property. The sign near the road at the entrance of the property was a wonderful help!“

„Location of home is amazing for a get together with friends without being disturbed by others. Back yard is great for relaxing by the fire and listening to the sounds of nature and the water feature. Rooms are large and home is set up nicely for multiple couples. We didn't utilize the river gazebo from the house but did make it a stop for a break during our canoe trip. Highly recommend this home! If we choose Loudonville for next year's water get away, we will stay here again.“

„The cabin was beautiful and very clean. The owner was very easy to get a hold of and also helped me with the fire since I couldn’t get it started. The hot tub was relaxing and the area was so peaceful. I will say I had no idea everything was shut down on Sundays but other than that we had an amazing time . I would 100% recommend “
