When I arrived, I found pillows on the bed that had clearly not been cleaned and appeared to have bodily fluids on them. I reported this to the front desk, but the staff member simply told me not to use them and didn’t seem concerned at all. „Great property and staff“

„Great hotel. We stayed 2 weekends in May for graduation ceremonies we attended. Hotel was very clean and the lighting in the rooms was the best we have ever seen in a hotel - lights everywhere. We only had breakfast 1 day but it was very good - everything was fresh and hot. The new pancake machine was pretty cool - had never seen one of those before. The only complaint we had was that we stayed on the 4th floor for our second stay and it took forever to get hot water - well over 5 minutes ...

„Wir waren während der Tour auf der Route 66 in Tulsa. Die Mitarbeiter waren außerordentlich freundlich, wirklich klasse. Das Hotel liegt gut in Downtown, gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Parkplätze direkt am Hotel. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und sauber. Ein guter Aufenthalt.“

„I was sure looking forward to water aerobics in an indoor pool but the water was too COLD!! For all the guests who I saw trying it out…no one could get in it..WHY have a pool if you’re not keeping it warm enough for people. I saw no one at all in it for my 3 day stay. Very disappointed!!!“

„The hotel was really nice. Check in although busy, was a breeze with smiling, friendly front personnel. Rooms were clean and spacious..pillows were too soft for my liking...nice bathroom..shower head was too high for me to adjust(I'm 5'1)..Breakfast was a plus..location was great for what we were in town for. You can here all the street traffic from room #111...But an overall great stay...9.5 stars for sure...“

„The staff was wonderful. So friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The towels and linens were lovely. The location left something to be desired unless you were there for BOK or some professional activity. We felt very isolated. It was like a ghost town. And why do they charge for parking? Just because they can? They have designated parking spots. If someone is paying to stay, they should get a place to park. “
