„The stay was amazing. The accommodations were great. It was clean. The beds were large and very comfortable. The views were fantastic and peaceful, a great place to reboot after a long stents. Bring plenty of food to cook and charcoal barbecue as there’s no need to leave the property we swam we fished. We played pool poker and told stories a better times. Ray was great and accommodating and very communicative. I highly recommend this place.“

„It was the cabin in the woods, peaceful. The roads are gravel but Arkansas private roads are mostly gravel. Was clean and kitchen was stocked and ready for use with the appliances cookware and utensils. Not far from town and sites. Highly recommend if you don't want a regular hotel. Oh, the Jacuzzi was fabulous.“

But the walk back up from the lake was hard on us. My husband has copd and i had hip surgery not long ago. Just wish there was a better way up and down. But we give it all in all. A 99 out of 100. We were looking for a place to get away and not have to do a lot of other activities and this was perfect. The road (last 15 minutes) is a little rugged (as mentioned by others), but our suburban was fine, as well as my parents Toyota RAV4. „Property was very unique, little dated but that's not really a bad thing and too be expected as the entire town is very historic. Bed was surprisingly one of the most comfortable I've experienced away from home. Jetted tub was extremely large and takes forever to fill but worth it in the end. Stayed in the cliffside with very little complaints I would 10/10 stay here again. Walking distance to downtown and always having a place to park nearby especially during busy tourist days is major plus. “

We met the two owners when they dropped something off at another unit and they were both friendly, polite, and concerned that we were while taking care of.
