"We really enjoyed our 8 nights here. The location is fantastic so close to everything yet at night its very very quiet. The owners of next door were extremely friendly and gave lots of great advice on places to eat. Pool area is perfect and never busy during our stay. Top tip bring some plastic glasses if you want to enjoy a drink round the pool. Really cannot fault the property or its location.and we are fussy people. "Just back from a fabulous stay at this villa. Easy to find, efficient check in and Ian and Sheila were very helpful with any questions we had. Some very good restaurants and a couple of local supermarkets, within a 10 mins walk (downhill) and we managed to get taxi's back up the hill for around €5. Can be walked but one of our party has reduced mobility so taxi was needed. Rooms all spacious and very clean. Good outside spaces to use and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "Good quality, centrally located, quiet area, well appointed, beautiful birdsong on back patio. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable, very good television range of programmes and current films. The initial stressful problem when we arrived of not having the correct keysafe code could have been avoided if the owner had updated the arrival instructions."

My husband, daughter and I had a wonderful time at this villa in Oratava. The gardens created by Andrew are delightful and the swimming pool is lovely. The house is very well equipped. "A fantastic holiday in a tremendous property supported by great hosts in Maria and Ivan. The house is even better than the description and photographs. Everything we could want for was available in the house which was stylish and spacious. A lovely terrace, garden, pool and cinema room kept us all entertained. "Hotel has limited parking. May be risky to park outside of hotel grounds even if you are lucky to find something... Rental cars are an easy target. Busy streets and no where nice walk near the hotel. The water on the island is no good. Hotel does not provide drinking water except at dinner. You need to go and buy your own. The smell of smoke is everywhere in this hotel, Had to move rooms as it smelt so bad. Management insisted it was a non smoking room... however they provide ashtrays...
