I am expecting a refund in 5 to 7 business days, which, while I understand the bank process, I find unacceptable since I was charged without my knowledge or consent. I hope and suspect this was a simple mistake—beware and check the charges would be my only caution.“

Lots of little add-ons or touches that just made everything simple, comfortable and easy. We enjoyed the family games and pool table on the one rainy day. The outside area and hot tub were great!
