„Este hotel NO existe. Con el taxista buscamos la dirección de un lado al otro. Las fotos que aparecen son del Hotel Castillo del Mar / El Castillo qie es un hotel viejo. Mi reserva no aparecía por Expedia pero sí la tenían en el hotel. Me cobraron $100 USD por un hotel 3 estrellas. Eso fue lo que yo pagué por noche en temporada baja por el Hotel Estelar Manzanillo que es 4 estrellas y con todo incluído. "Der Architekt, der das gebaut hat, hat einen Preis verdient. Spitzenmäßige Architektur ! Das Hotel ist leider nicht gut geführt, was der Gast an vielen Kleinigkeiten spürt: erstmal kein Internet (wurde dann aber geregelt), keiner spricht wirklich englisch, es gibt keine Regenschirme (oder sie werden nicht angeboten), die Strandbar arbeitet so langsam …"
