The Space:

Discover the charm of our beautifully remodeled main house, featuring three thoughtfully designed bedrooms and three full bathrooms. One bedroom is a kid-friendly haven with cozy bunk beds, a crib, and lots of games. Above the garage, a private studio provides a peaceful retreat complete with its own bathroom and kitchenette.



Enjoy the front patio’s fire pit and high-end gas grill—perfect for outdoor dining under the stars. On the lower level, you’ll find a small fitness and play area equipped with a Peloton bike, ping pong table, and foosball table.



Relax on the expansive back deck, where stunning views of Los Angeles and Hollywood set the scene for unforgettable moments. With stylish lounge furniture and a luxurious jacuzzi, this space is ideal for unwinding and soaking in the beauty of the hills and the city of stars below you.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire property, including:



• Main House – All interior spaces, including the living areas, kitchen, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms.

• Private Studio – The detached studio above the garage with its own bathroom and kitchenette.

• Front Patio – Fire pit lounge area and high-end gas grill for outdoor dining.

• Lower-Level Fitness & Play Area – Peloton bike, ping pong table, and foosball table.

• Back Deck – Expansive outdoor lounge with panoramic LA and Hollywood views, outdoor seating, and the jacuzzi.

• Driveway Parking – Dedicated parking space(s) on the private driveway.
