Welcome to Ocean Escape, a newly remodeled one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment on the top floor of a beachfront building in Redondo Beach. This bright, whole-home rental sleeps up to four guests with a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee maker with starter pods, plus cookware, dishes, glassware, and utensils. Relax with the 75-inch smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, dining table for four, and a private balcony with patio seating.

Parking includes one free reserved garage space, plus free street parking (subject to availability) and paid public parking across the street. Guests also get complimentary access to the building's gym, a shared washer and dryer (paid), and elevator access from the garage to the top floor.

The beach is steps away and the Redondo Beach Pier is a short walk, with restaurants, cafes, bars, and a grocery store all within walking distance. Self check-in is available via lockbox.

Please note: the apartment does not have air conditioning; portable fans are provided. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. No smoking or vaping anywhere in the apartment or on the balcony. Parties and events are not permitted. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
