Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house, including both the front yard and backyard. Enjoy full privacy and freedom to use all indoor and outdoor spaces during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that the home has been freshly painted, and the piano has been removed. We’ve also added three new TVs - one in the living room, one in the primary bedroom, and one in the bedroom with two twin beds for your convenience.



2-car driveway parking is available.



Pool/spa heating under 28-night stays:

Spa heating is $59 per session (1-4 hours) and pool heating (spa heating is automatically included) is $128 per day each day you booked; 3-day minimum (as it takes one day to heat).

Please let us know what days and times you want the spa/pool heated so we can schedule it for your stay.



Pool/spa heating for 28 days or more may increase the utilities.



Monthly stays have a $20/day utility fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool during your stay and we will let you know the cost.



This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet.

Thank you for your reservation! Please note that for bookings made after 4 PM or for same-day arrivals, we may not always have time to fully refresh the property before your check-in, depending on the timing of your reservation.

If you notice anything that needs attention upon arrival, please don’t hesitate to message us — we’re happy to send someone out the next day to take care of it. Your comfort is our priority, and we’ll do our best to ensure you have a great stay.
