The Space:

Inside, the house is just as impressive. The formal living room boasts a cozy fireplace, while the large family room features vaulted ceilings and a sunroof, creating a bright and airy space for gatherings. The full bar is stocked with all the glasses and tools you need to make any drink you desire. Working from home is a breeze with full office space, and there are five bedrooms and four full bathrooms to accommodate guests or family members. The luxury kitchen is a chef's dream, with top-of-the-line appliances and every amenity you could imagine. The bedrooms are equally luxurious, with large Jacuzzi tubs, bidet toilet, and vanity areas for getting ready in style. And to top it all off, every room in the house is equipped with its own TV for your entertainment pleasure. -Many board games added, including taboo, Uno, Ginga, Pictionary and more

-hosting large dinners is easy. You have the indoor dining for six, the bar which can seat up to seven and the pool table can also be turned into an additional dining table for six so you could see up to 20 people. Additional chairs for dinners can be found in various rooms and potentially in the garage.

-this is a five bedroom home, there is an office that can be separated out like a bedroom with curtains on one side and doors to the last bedroom on the other with a queen sofa sleeper. There’s also two rollaway beds in the garage that can be put into other bedrooms around the house sleeping 14 in beds



Pool heating:

Spa heating is $59 per session (1-4 hours) and pool heating (spa heating is automatically included if the pool heating purchased) is $275 per day each day you booked; 4-day minimum. It takes a day to heat the pool so let us know 48 hrs. before check-in if you want the pool heated and at what temperature. *89-93 is recommended. We will assist with the pool and spa heater.

Please note if pool heating is purchased the guest is responsible to check and make sure the pool heater is on overnight as this is not an app controlled pool heater.

Please let us know what days and times you want the pool/spa heated so we can schedule it for your stay.



BBQ:

Please note we provide a BBQ grill and empty propane tanks. If you would like our staff to fill up the propane tank for you it's $69/per tank. Otherwise, the tanks can be filled at a nearby propane gas station or store for only the cost of the propane. Please let us know if you have any questions.



For rentals of 30 days or longer, a flat, non-refundable utilities fee is required. This fee is calculated based on the size of the property and seasonal usage, and must be paid upfront.

Monthly stays have a base utilities fee $79/day.

With daily Pool heating - an additional $89/day to base utilities,

If only daily spa heating - an additional $39/day to base utilities.



This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet.





Important Note for Late or Last-Minute Bookings:

Thank you for your reservation! Please note that for bookings made after 4 PM or for same-day arrivals, we may not always have time to fully refresh the property before your check-in, depending on the timing of your reservation.

If you notice anything that needs attention upon arrival, please don’t hesitate to message us — we’re happy to send someone out the next day to take care of it. Your comfort is our priority, and we’ll do our best to ensure you have a great stay.



Currently, a few minor improvements are being considered, including touch-ups to the flooring and paint, the removal of a few small corner imperfections, and correction of minor paint inconsistencies.

As needed, whatever makes you more comfortable as I guess we want to give me your privacy, but we’re available if you need as well.
