„Sam was an excellent and responsive host. We enjoyed having coffee every morning on the balcony looking out at the lake. The evenings were nice sitting by the fire pit with a nice fire. The location was very convenient for exploring different areas nearby.“

„The place needs a lot of TLC. Would not rent out in current conditions. Also, fridge was dirty and used bars of soap were left in bathroom. Back patio was filthy with dog dirt footprints. The shade for the kitchen window was a black trash bag and also owner lives on property in an RV. Would call to us from his RV on how things were. First I felt we had no privacy and second afraid to take my shoes off or use anything on property.“
