"Charming little room right in the heart of the hilltop town of San Miniato. The checkin was super easy and the room was very spacious and easy to get to right at ground level with a separate side entrance right by the front-desk checkin. Would definitely stay again. "

"We booked this hotel as it was relatively close to the airport for the final night of our 10 day Tuscan trip. It surpassed all our expectations and we wished we could’ve stayed longer. "We enjoyed a lovely stay here whilst in Italy for a wedding. Silvia was a fantastic host, greeted us and showed us around when we arrived. The rooms were spotless, spacious and well kept. The breakfast provided was delightful and something we looked forward to each morning. The place is a stones throw away from the centre, and at the crossroads for all roads in and out of Volterra, with parking provided which was ace! "Lovely property that we stayed for one night. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was superb and helped us cool down and relax after a long day travelling. Breakfast was really good the next morning and served with some locally produced goods. Great place to stay. Exactly as advertised. "

"A great place to stay very close to the airport. However the quality of your stay will depend on how quiet other guests are and whether they come and go to the airport during the night. Our host was excellent in meeting us as we arrived just after midnight and explained everything to us. "

"10min walk to the nearest train station to get to other areas of italy such as florence and cinque terre. 15min walk to the tower of Pisa. Clean chalet, friendly & helpful staff, shop/cafe/restaurant on site. Kitchen area equipped with basics for cooking, there is no kettle,toaster, oven or microwave - just a 4 ringed gas hob which i feel could be improved more. Lots of mosquitos so ensure you pack repellant. Towels to hire. Good quality supermarket 10min walk away. I would definitely stay here...
