"Ein wunderschönes altes Schloss. Alles ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber hat auf jeden Fall Charme. Der Park und der Wall Garden sind ein Traum. Der Blick auf St. Ives ist wohl der schönste den man sich vorstellen kann. Zu Fuß etwa 15 Minuten ins Zentrum. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, das Bett ist mit 140 cm etwas zu schmal für 2 Personen. Das Frühstück ist im englischen Stil gehalten. Viel warmes Essen. Kaum Wurst und Käse. Keine Semmeln."

"Location is very good, walking distance to the city centre yet quiet area facing to the bay( river …?) so the view from the window was magnificent. Staff was very very friendly and they responded quickly to our request ( two single beds from one double) . Breakfast was excellent. Cafe /bar/ restaurant area was bright and cheerful, that gave me immediately a good holiday vibe."

"Lovely and very professionally & efficiently run hotel. Loved the cozy atmosphere in the bar, special mention to Maja for her friendliness. Really enjoyed having a decent sized swimming pool and being able to have a swim before breakfast. Our only - slight - gripe was breakfast in that we had to point out to the breakfast waiting staff that the bread had run out 20 minutes ago - they hadn't noticed - but this was rectified immediately. The breakfast service was also quite slow and the coffee was cold. But, all in all a fabulous stay and I've already recommended the hotel to a friend who's planning on going to Falmouth."
