The room and the bathroom was very clean and had everything you are looking for. We would like to especially highlight the service of that hotel. We had forgotten a personal belonging and got it sent by them to another hotel in the U.S. so that we could pick it up during our journey. Thanks again for that excellent service. „Gutes Hotel, in der Umgebung viele Shopping und Essensmöglichkeiten. Direkt an der Interstate. Saubere Zimmer, nettes Personal.“

„Bei diesem Hotel hatten wir weniger Glück beim zugeteilten Hotelzimmer. Wir haben via hotels.com ein Zimmer mit Einzelbett Kingsize gebucht. Vor Ort war nur noch ein kleines Zimmer mit Doppel-Einzelbetten vorhanden direkt bei den Aufzügen und Ice & Vending maschines. Lärm war vorprogrammiert. Föhn hat nicht funktionniert. Internetverbindung war lahm und ist regelmässig zusammengebrochen. Service am Frontdesk ein wenig nonchalant.“
