„I absolutely loved my stay at Strozzi Palace and will definitely stay again. Minor things which could’ve addressed were that the balcony area and chair cushions need some attention but it didn’t affect our stay. The room was lovely and the staff were great. I’d highly recommend. “

„The apartment we stayed in was perfect for our stay as a basis to explore Gloucester and the northern Cotswolds. The docks with a choice of restaurants is in walking distance, parking for the car at the back with easy access. Beds were super comfy. Everything was clean. Perfect. We will be back! “

„We stayed in Apt 1 on ground floor which was great. Very roomy & had everything we needed.
It was handy being able to prepare breakfast & dinner if needed.
Washing machine was a bonus & came in handy after travelling for a bit so was able to wash our clothes.
Lidl supermarket less than 10 min easy walk.
Would highly recommend. “

„Great place to stay, especially with the dog. Fabulous walking right from the pod door. The pods are great, all clean, the double bed is definitely cosy but their description of the pod on the website is accurate, it is basic but they never profess to be anything else. Barbecue in front of each pod is great, we cooked supper and breakfast on it, for all you carnivores, the butcher in Fownhope is fabulous. If you just need a base to chill out in, this is absolutely perfect.“

„We really enjoyed our stay - especially the beautiful sunsets.The beautifully converted shed is cosily furnished and offers everything you need, and shopping facilities are also nearby.The location is nice and quiet in the countryside, yet a good base for trips to the Cotswolds or for walks.The hostess Antonia made us feel very welcome. Das ist es meiner Meinung nach nicht Wert.
Viele kostenlose Parkplätze, leider werden morgens die Wege durch die Reisebusse der Gruppenreisen versperrt. Soll ja auch niemand einen Schritt zu weit laufen.
Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, wird nach ein paar Tagen aber eintönig. Keinerlei Abwechslung, kein Käse..., nur englisch breakfast.
Ist man gleich zu Beginn der Öffnungszeiten dort, ist einiges noch nicht fertig oder verfügbar.
Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant ist bemüht freundlich.
Im Poolbereich wird schon eine halbe Stunde vor Schließzeit wird mit dem Aufbau der Reinigungsgeräte begonnen. Sicherlich möchte das Personal auch Feierabend haben, doch Kundenorientierung sieht anders aus.
Der Poolbereich dürfte gerne auch innerhalb der Öffnungszeiten einmal grob gereinigt bzw. Aufgeräumt werden.
Sauberkeit im Zimmer war gut.
Fenster im Zimmer ließ sich nur sehr schwer öffnen.
Es gab ausschließlich englische Fernsehsender. "

"The Hotel was ok. When we arrived I gave the license plate of the car at the reception but we still got a trafic violation ticket for parking at the parking lot of the hotel. That was pricy and annoying, because we had a rentel car and where charged extra by the rental car company. When I asked Reglan Lodge to help sort this out, I didn't even get a reply. So thanks for the stay that now costs us mmore then 3times the hotelprice! "

"Ich bin seit vielen Jahren immer wieder in diesem Hotel, aber so langsam wäre es nötig, die Zimmer und Bäder zu renovieren und mehr auf Sauberkeit zu achten. Im Bad sind die Fugen schwarz verschimmelt. Im WC waren noch Hinterlassenschaften der Vorgänger. Das Frühstück ist nach wie vor in Ordnung. Aber wenn das mit der Sauberkeit nicht besser wird, werde ich in Zukunft ein anderes Hotel suchen müssen."
