The location truly can’t be beat—steps from the beach, right by the boardwalk, and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Long Beach. „My wife and our two boys and our dog had a wonderful stay Nicole was very quick to respond to any questions we had and it was a beautiful stay with the ocean in just a short walk and the house had everything we needed even for our dog! I would definitely Recommend staying!“

The entire cottage was beautifully decorated very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and gadgets you need. Two bathrooms is a lifesaver with a family! „We’ve now stayed at this property twice and will continue for our annual Doggy Vacation (we bring our pup here every year…she LOVES the beach!). It’s clean, the perfect size and has everything you need for a relaxing trip. We love that it’s outside the main town; just a short, beautiful walk through the dunes and you’re at the beach…where most often, you have it to yourselves. No crowds, peaceful and wonderful!“

„We had a wonderful time with friends. It was a short drive to every place we wanted to go. Jack's Mercantile was amazing and we enjoyed the Cranberry Museum. Being elderly, next time we'll get a two bathroom place. The door lock was a challenge at times. We were able to relax and I didn't do any yard work which needed attention.“

„We enjoyed our stay at the Lazy K. Close to the beach. Close to where we were supposed to be going for our fishing trip. “

„The house was AMAZING. The downstairs looked like it had been professionally interior decorated. The host was our neighbor and came to greet when we arrived. The location was perfect for us. And had lots of things included for their guests, comfortable beds, lots of books, games and lots stuff for us to use. The only problem was our truck was too big for the garage and the parking space was filled by our truck so not anybody’s fault but our own“

„Amazing location in the heart of Long Beach. Everything you need is within walking distance. Checking in was super simple and easy. Right when you walk in you get a cozy feeling. All of the amenities provided right down to the toothbrushes in to the bathroom were amazing. There were a couple minor mentions to the owner, who responded very quickly. „We had a great stay at the Happy as a clam cottages. The cottage was very nice and clean. Being able to eat a few meals in using the full kitchen, BBQ was a plus. The location was perfect for our interests (it is very close to 2 very fine oyster farms/restaurants, several state parks, and a short drive to both the bay and oceanside of the peninsula. We would highly recommend.“

"Das Zimmer war ruhig und sauber. Die Betten bequem. Für eine Nacht die richtige Unterkunft. Das includierte Frühstück ist jedoch eine Katastrophe. Aufgetaute Industrieartikel einzeln verpackt zum Aufwärmen in der Microwelle. Wir haben uns entschlossen darauf zu verzichten und sind stattdessen im Dorf in ein Cafe. "
