Welcome to the Magnolia Beach Bungalow, your home away from home! My husband and I live nearby and personally manage this home. We make sure everything runs smoothly and that you have everything you need. This 2 bedroom 1 bath home has been completely remodeled with new floors, bathroom, appliances, kitchen, and paint. All new furnishings too. The beach is just 2 blocks away. There are 2 Roku TVs in the home that include DirecTV streaming service. There is a large assortment of books and games. You will definitely get a good night's rest as all of the bedrooms feature top of the line 12" memory foam mattresses and very soft 680 thread count sheets. Extra blankets and pillows are provided. We also provide beach towels, wagon, beach toys, cooler, and chairs. For those traveling with children, there is a play pen, toys, and high chair. There is a hair dryer, make up mirror, soap and shampoo, and nonslip bath mat in the bathroom. There are also 2 extra fans.

The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook a family meal. There is a 12 piece pots and pan set, a variety of baking dishes and utensils, instant pot, crock pot, mixer, blender, toaster, waffle maker, K-Kup coffee maker, and traditional coffee maker.

The home has high speed WiFi connected to a mesh router to provide a strong WiFi signal throughout the house. The data speed varies from approximately 100 Mbps - 500 Mbps depending on your device's proximity to the router.

There is a desk and office chair in case you need to do some work while here.

There is a Pack n' Play travel crib.

The Magnolia Beach Bungalow is within walking distance to the beachfront with 26 miles of white sand beaches to enjoy. The Bungalow is 2 blocks from the beachfront and within walking distance to downtown Long Beach, restaurants, etc.

Two vehicles maximum allowed. A trailer counts as a vehicle.

The master bedroom has a king size 12" premium memory foam mattress and the other bedroom has 2 twin 12" premium memory foam mattresses. All the beds have soft 680 thread count bedding. There is a TV in the master bedroom. The spacious living room has a sectional couch, recliner, and workstation with desk and chair. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a complete meal including a traditional coffee maker, K Kup coffee maker, instant pot, blender, toaster, mixer, crockpot, baking dishes, and more. The fenced in backyard has a propane grill and picnic table. There are lots of things provided for the beach such as cooler, chairs, sun lounger, wagon, toys, beach blanket, and more. There is a full size washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron.
