The Space:

The flat has been designed to be functional and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a long day of exploring London. The neighbourhood is residential, with amazing restaurants and coffee shops nearby, while still being around 15 minutes from the city centre. Every essential utility is provided, including a hair dryer and iron.



Bedroom

There is a brand-new double bed with a comfortable mattress. High-quality linen and towels are provided.



Living and dining area

You will find a nice-sized dining table with two comfortable designer chairs. There is also a 30-inch TV with Netflix.



Kitchen

The kitchen is the perfect size for two people and is fully equipped with everything you could need for either a short or extended stay. With brand-new appliances, it provides a home-like experience for preparing your own meals.



The kitchen is equipped with salt and pepper, cookies, coffee, toaster, microwave/oven, induction hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and more.



House rules

Parties, events and loud music are not allowed. Quiet hours are between 9pm and 8am.



Guest Access:

Upon arrival, you'll need to climb 7 steps to reach the main entrance of the building. Once inside, there's a short walk down the corridor followed by approximately 30 steps leading up to our cozy second-floor studio.



Other Things to Note:

Stays longer than 12 days need to purchase additional cleaning (mid stay cleaning) £55

If stays longer than 30 days - 2 additional cleanings need to be purchased



Last minute booking - check in starts at 5pm (availability might vary and house might be ready at 3pm already)
