Guest Access:

Guests have private use of the entire home throughout their stay, including all three en-suite bedrooms, the reception room, the kitchen, and the property's own walled garden. The space is yours alone, with no shared areas.



The Neighborhood:

The home sits on a quiet, tree-lined garden square in the Notting Hill, one of the most desirable corners of west London. Portobello Road, the boutiques and cafés of Clarendon Cross, and the green expanse of Holland Park are all a short stroll away, with some of the city's best restaurants, antique markets, and independent shops on the doorstep.



Getting Around:

The property is well placed for exploring the whole of London. Holland Park and Notting Hill Gate underground stations are within easy walking distance, putting the West End and the City within quick reach on the Central, Circle, and District lines. Black cabs and ride-hailing services are plentiful, and Heathrow airport is just 35 minutes by car.



Other Things to Note:

No parties, events, or smoking, and please keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. The property comfortably sleeps five, and we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those named on the booking.
