Spacious, sophisticated and full of charm, this thoughtfully arranged home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Set across three levels, it gives families, friends and business travellers plenty of room to spend time together while still enjoying their own space. Calm interiors, nice furnishings and characterful details create a welcoming atmosphere, while the well-equipped kitchen, dedicated office and practical layout make the house equally suited to short London breaks and longer stays.


- Living Area: Settle into a bright, characterful living room where soft seating and a decorative period fireplace create an easy sense of comfort. Natural light fills the room during the day, while the relaxed layout works equally well for a quiet morning, a film together or an evening catching up after exploring London. The sofa converts into an additional bed, although maximum occupancy remains eight guests.
Please note that the sofa bed is available upon request only. As it requires an additional set of linen, an extra fee applies. If you would like to use it, please let us know before your arrival.

- Bedroom 2: A light and welcoming first-floor bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a calm design. Its position a few steps above Bathroom 1 makes it particularly convenient for the morning routine.
- Bedroom 3: Also on the first floor, this thoughtfully presented double bedroom offers a peaceful place to switch off. Soft tones, simple furnishings and good natural light create a lovely setting for a restful night.
- Bedroom 4: Tucked away on the top floor, this spacious king-size bedroom feels pleasantly separate from the busier parts of the house. A skylight brings in natural light, while its workspace and private en-suite shower room make the room especially comfortable for guests who appreciate additional privacy.

- Bathroom 1: Located on the first floor, a few steps below Bedrooms 2 and 3, this well-proportioned family bathroom gives guests the choice of a quick walk-in shower or a slower soak in the separate bathtub. Its spacious layout helps make shared morning routines easier.
- En-suite Bathroom: Bedroom 4 has the convenience and privacy of its own top-floor bathroom. Brightened by a skylight, it includes a walk-in shower and offers a sleek place to refresh without using the shared family bathroom.

Please keep in mind that the house is arranged across three levels and includes several flights of stairs, as well as a few internal steps on the first floor.

The home will be professionally cleaned and thoughtfully prepared before your arrival, allowing you to settle in straight away and enjoy a smooth, comfortable stay.

You will have full access to the house and garden, so please treat them with the same care and respect as you would your own.

Check-in & Check-out:

- Confirm arrival time at least 24 hours in advance to ensure a smooth check-in
- Late check-out (available if requested in advance): is £30 per hour (latest possible checkout time is 1 PM)
- Unauthorised late check-out: £50 per hour

House Rules:

- Smoking is strictly prohibited – penalty £500
- Parties are not allowed – any signs of gatherings may result in a £500 fine
- Moving or rearranging furniture is not permitted – penalty £100
- Please be mindful of noise levels, especially in the evenings, to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbors. Noise should be kept to a minimum at all times.
