The apartment begins on the first floor, with its own internal staircase leading up to the main living space at the top of the house. Sloping ceilings and skylights add distinctive top-floor character, complemented by deep green cabinetry, warm wood and thoughtfully chosen furnishings.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited – penalty £500
- Parties are not allowed – any signs of gatherings may result in a £500 fine
- Moving or rearranging furniture is not permitted – penalty £100
- You are very welcome to enjoy the books during your stay. Please leave them in the flat when you depart, as this collection has been built over the past decade and each book holds personal meaning, often including my own notes and well-loved pages.
- Please be mindful of noise levels, especially in the evenings, to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbors. Noise should be kept to a minimum at all times.
