For added flexibility, a discreet fold-down double wall bed is available, making this property a great choice for up to four guests.

Check-in & Check-out:

- Confirm arrival time at least 24 hours in advance to ensure a smooth check-in
- Late check-out (available if requested in advance): is £30 per hour (latest possible checkout time is 1 PM)
- Unauthorised late check-out: £50 per hour

House Rules:

- Guests are responsible for the keys and entrance fob provided. Lost or unreturned keys or fobs will incur a replacement charge of £115
- Smoking is strictly prohibited – penalty £500
- Parties are not allowed – any signs of gatherings may result in a £500 fine
- Moving or rearranging furniture is not permitted – penalty £100
- Please switch off lights and electrical appliances when leaving the apartment and through away rubbish
- We kindly ask to be mindful of noise levels, especially in the evenings, to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbors. Noise should be kept to a minimum at all times.
