The Space:

Our beautiful petite 1-bedroom apartment provides an excellent home base for a pleasantly memorable stay in London. We created it in a way that feels like a home away from home.



This flat is located on the first floor (there is no elevator). The flat has everything you need for your stay, with a newly fitted kitchen and bathroom.



The flat has been designed to be functional and comfortable for relaxing after a long day of exploring London. The neighbourhood is residential while being around 15 minutes away from the city centre.



Beds

There is a brand-new double bed with a comfortable mattress. There is also a 30-inch TV with Netflix.

High-quality linen and towels are provided.



Dining area

You will find a nice-sized bar dining table with two chairs in a separate dining area.



Kitchen

The nicely sized kitchen has brand-new appliances and allows for a home-like experience to practice your cooking skills. It is very well equipped with salt and pepper, cookies, coffee, a toaster, oven, kettle, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and much more.



House rules

Parties, events and loud music are not allowed. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.



Are you travelling as a bigger group or family? We have more studio flats in the same house.



Guest Access:

We are delighted to welcome you to our property and want to ensure you have a smooth arrival. Please note that you will need to climb 7 steps to reach the front entrance of the building. Once inside, you'll proceed through a small corridor and then ascend 15 steps to reach the first floor, where the studio flat is located.

If stays longer than 30 days - 2 additional cleanings need to be purchased



Last minute booking - check in starts at 5pm (availability might vary and house might be ready at 3pm already)
