We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
City Pavilion is located close to Farringdon Station, with trains to Heathrow and Gatwick airports, as well as to St Pancras International Rail Station. This recently renovated apartment with a 24-hour concierge is the perfect base for exploring London, with the Elizabeth line and multiple other metro, train, and bus lines providing easy access to many of Central London's most iconic attractions. If you prefer, wander to nearby landmarks such as the Hatton Garden jewellery quarter, St Paul's Cathedral, the Tate Modern, the Museum of London and Covent Garden, all within a 30-minute walk. Alternatively, simply remain in the vibrant historical district of Clerkenwell, exploring its rich history, striking architecture, creative atmosphere and traditional English pubs, blending charm with a thriving food and cultural scene, including the lively Leather Lane Food Market, Exmouth Market and Camden Passage, with their excellent selection of stalls, cafés, restaurants, and independent shops.
Conveniently situated, the property is a short walk from Farringdon Station, providing access to the London Underground and National Rail services. This makes it easy to explore the city, whether you're heading to the West End or further afield.
This property is a self-check-in property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
