We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in the vibrant neighbourhood of Shoreditch, this apartment is surrounded by an eclectic mix of trendy cafes, art galleries, and boutique shops. Explore the lively streets and enjoy the creative atmosphere that this area is renowned for. With easy access to the heart of London, it’s a fantastic base for your adventures.

Conveniently situated near Old Street Station, just a 5-minute walk away, you can easily access the Northern Line for quick connections across London. Numerous bus routes are also available nearby, providing excellent options for exploring the city.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
