We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in the vibrant Fulham district, this property is surrounded by charming cafés, boutique shops, and the scenic Fulham Palace. Enjoy leisurely strolls along the Thames or explore the nearby Chelsea district with its rich history and vibrant arts scene.

Easily access public transport with Fulham Broadway Station just a short walk away, connecting you to the District Line for convenient travel across London. Bus routes are also readily available, offering flexible options for city exploration.

This property is a self-check-in property. You can check in at any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke odour, ash, butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum smoking fee of £300.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
