The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery , pots and pans, oven, hob, fridge freezer , dishwasher and more. Large spacious lounge with comfortable two double sofa beds. Apartment features wooden flooring and luxury carpets in the bedrooms.

All access to the whole flat which is private just for you and access to a communal garden

Uber cool Bermondsey Street with its stylish restaurants, cafe`s & boutique shopping is located a short walk away as well as Bermondsey Square which hosts an antique market & gourmet food stalls and bars. Sitting beneath Maltby Street railway arches, you will never be at a loss of how to fill your free time. The fashion and textile museum & the White Cube contemporary art gallery all attract a cultured crowd to the local area.

Bermondsey Tube Station servicing Jubilee Line is a 6-7 minutes walk and the bus stop into Central London , Canada Water , White City is right outside the building.

Guests must provide a PASSPORT or other photographic identification matching the name of the guest on the booking.
Photographic identification may be requested from all accompanying guests.
The property has a STRICT NO - PARTY policy should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorisation, guests will be charged.

All overnight guests must be approved in advance through the booking process and are subject to an additional fee as noted in the price.
This must be done no later than 24 hours prior to check-in and paid for at that time.
Failure to do this is a violation of our House Rules; no entry/no refund if you violate the rules.
Again, if you bring anyone with you at any point other than AirBnB-verified guests, they will not be allowed into the house at all, even to help you move stuff in. Please note that stag hen and other parties are not permitted.
We are FIRM with quiet time between 10PM and 7am. This is not just a House Rule, there is a local ordinance to this effect. Our neighbours appreciate this as well NO SHOES to be worn in the apartment . THANK YOU
There is NO SMOKING OR DRUGS ALLOWED - by anyone staying in my apartment or visiting.
Late check-in can be arranged at an additional fee, between 20:00–23:00 for GBP 25 and between 23:00–01:00 for GBP 50. Late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability at an extra cost to be confirmed upon request.
