„We came into town for one night to tour the University with our daughter. The apartment was very spacious and clean. My daughter loved having her own room and washroom. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we were able to make breakfast in the morning before checking out. The location is great - it is in a quiet neighbourhood and close to the University and restaurants. The only issue we had was that the coffee maker didn't seem to be working, so we bought some instant coffee.“

„The picture of the full kitchen on the website was the kitchen for the family that lived upstairs only. The place we stayed was a basement apartment, which was not stated on the VRBO site. The microwave had cooked crumbs in it. The dish drainer was dirty and had a dirty coffee cup in it. „Everything went really well. The apartment is perfect and clean. The only two issues are: (1) the apartment was very hot and we couldn’t find the control for temperature; (2) the outside of the apartment like the entrance to the building and the building corridors were but clean and the stairs entering the building is slippery. However, if I go to London again I would use this place especially over summer.“
