„I needed to visit the area at the last minute and I really lucked out with this home. You can tell you are staying in someone’s home not a house that has been “flipped” for short term rentals. It is super cozy with high quality furnishings and the kitchen is stocked better than anywhere else I’ve stayed. It’s hard to tell from the listing but there are 3 separate rooms for sleeping. „Cute vintage feel to the house with modern amenities. Easy walk to the beach with miles of beach walking. Fenced yard was a real plus for traveling with our dog. Easy access to local towns of Arcata and Eureka for dining and shopping. And of course conveniently located for exploring the redwood forest, the real reason for our visit.This is a real gem and we will return if in the area for the future. “

„Family of 8 came and attended a graduation. The house was large, spacious ,allowed for privacy .I appreciated the ample seating . The bean bag chair was a big hit with the child. „The property was conveniently located at the north end of the Avenue of the Giants, so we were able to make our way from Mendocino up to this point for a night before returning back on the scenic route toward the coast and back down to Sonoma.Very conveniently located to restaurants, casino and micro brewery.We truly enjoyed our stay. “
