„There were not enough towels for 2 people nor enough bedding. When I called about this I was told that they'd bring more the next day!! The place might have been fine if there was appropriate basics. The upstairs sofa bed is barely even a bed and is just a foamy. The interior needs more repair. Stairs were not safe and are just layers of plywood that are separating. We wound up going over to the Sheraton and stayed there instead. They saved our trip!!! Now I have to try a get my money back. „Very happy with our accommodations, the place was super clean, everything that we needed (or might need) was provided, and it was a very comfortable place to stay. It's reasonably close to downtown, easy walking distance to the George St. area.All in all, we would definitely stay here again if we're ever back in St. John's.“

„The house is in nice location. Had issues with the door lock but the owner quickly replaced it when we advised. The house is very clean and has quality bedding and towels. The supplies in kitchen are minimal and no instructions on how to use the RokuTV, which was a challenge. Also not aware that tenants also occupied a portion of the basement, which was not expecting. Overall it is a nice house.“
