The cabin is just ok. No personal touches, no thoughtful extras. Very average.The hot tub was drained upon arrival and when we reached out to the host- response time was not only very slow- but there was zero attempt at trying to let us know if it might be fixed before our stay was over… we sent photos bc they still thought it was up and running fine. Showed them there was zero water in it. I kept having to ask her for updates. Really no apology or effort to make it right on their part. I picked that one based on it having a working hot tub. Management was very avoidant and did not care about our experience which was a shame bc we weren’t even mean about it. I messaged after our stay was over on a few other items they would want to address before the next guest… no response.Overall it’s a nice, exterior and setting.. but the inside had a foul smell stemming from the bathroom, the furniture set up is odd and the whole place is just kind of cold and no cozy touches or the desire to really help guests have a great stay are present.You can just tell it’s not a passion for them. Purely transactional. It would benefit them greatly if they added more than one mirror- possibly in the bedroom or entry area, doormats, wall hooks, faux plants, better coffee mugs….again, thoughtful extras especially when it’s not easy to get to anywhere for items. it’s just very basic.If you stay here bring your own- tp, paper towels, lighter, room spray.
